Marachime in Sirenes (Tranquility Mix) i always feel like i am stood at the bottom of a sun-sparkling sea, with shoals of dolphins and whales and fish swimming languidly in circles above me, all of them singing to each other. it's a very safe feeling, and it's helped me a lot through the almost 3 decades i have been listening. i will love this album until my last breath. thank you, System 7 ♡ Favorite track: Sirenes (Tranquility Mix).

Dreamer An album I bought in the 90’s and played it on countless suitable occasions (both cd and vinyl). It’s one of the finest psychedelic techno albums ever made. Fire an Water. This time I bought it again on bandcamp because I was interested in the remastered edition. One of the best decisions to do that, because it elevates the sound in the right place. Favorite track: Coltrane (Fire Mix).

With the addition of physical CDs now available here on Bandcamp we've now released a combined version of our Fire and Water albums at a discounted price, both digital and on CD.

System 7’s third album – Point 3 – was released in two separate forms:- the Fire Album and the Water album. The Water album had mostly the same titles mixed almost entirely without drums.

The standout tracks on the Fire album (tracks 1-10) include the opening track 'Sirenes' featuring Steve Hillage’s iconic space guitar and one of two tracks co-written and co-produced with top French techno DJ Laurent Garnier, and the original version of 'AlphaWave' which was later remixed by Richie Hawtin (Plastikman) and became System 7’s biggest ever single. Also the original version of 'Mysterious Traveller', the collaboration with Derrick May.

Standout tracks on the Water album (tracks11-19) include the Tranquility Mix of the Laurent Garnier collaboration track 'Sirenes', the Hemi-Sync Mix of 'AlphaWave', and the Feed Your Head Mix of the track 'Jupiter!', a collab with the Drum Club, and the Cascade Mix of the collab with Youth 'Gliding On Duo-Tone Curves'

Magical and timeless all the way through. Favorite track would be The Aubergine of the Sun, except there's that part in the middle of Adrift where you start listening as a human and end up a one-eyed snail scrunching reality up into melting origami puzzles. a
